Meet the Artist: Terri Rampone
Terri Rampone, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, began painting at the age of eight. Throughout high school, she would stay in the art room long after classes ended, nurturing her artistic talent. After attending both The School of Visual Arts and the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, she became the lead Window Display Artist at Macy’s Herald Square.
"Color has always been my passion," Terri frequently says, "lots and lots of color." Her career in Manhattan evolved, leading her to explore jewelry design and open several successful businesses, including faux painting for furniture and walls, face painting for the NY Giants and Jets, mural art, cake decorating, and tattoo artistry.
Now residing in St. Augustine with her favorite people — her husband, daughter, and a precious white doggie — Terri runs Nouveau Image Permanent Cosmetics. With 15 years of experience as a permanent makeup artist, she helps women regain confidence through her artistry.
Terri dreams of one day traveling through Europe and Greece to witness the art of the great masters and experience colors like no other place on Earth.
