Shipping & Delivery Options
- Carriers: We use UPS to handle our shipments.

- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Packaging
- Artwork Packaging: All items are professionally packed with specialized materials to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition.
International Shipping
- Availability: We ship internationally to selected countries. Please check our website or contact us directly for more details.
- Customs and Duties: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. Art Box Gallery is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Insurance
- Coverage: All shipments are insured up to a value of $1,000. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours to initiate a claim.
Returns and Exchanges
- Original Artwork: Due to the exclusive nature of our one-of-a-kind artworks, we do not accept returns, refunds, or offer exchanges for original, one-of-a-kind artworks.
- Prints and Multiples: Returns or exchanges for prints or multiple editions are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
